Who we are

Legacy Pilot LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. In these Terms, “LegacyPilot,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Legacy Pilot LLC.

What LegacyPilot provides

LegacyPilot provides estate-planning software, guided intake, document organization, AI-assisted summaries, secure vault features, reminders, and workflows that may connect you with attorney review. We are not a law firm.

No legal advice from the software

Information from LegacyPilot is for general informational and organizational purposes only. AI-generated summaries, checklists, drafts, and explanations are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Attorney review

When attorney review is offered, legal advice is provided only by the licensed attorney responsible for that review, not by the software itself. Attorney availability, scope, and fees may vary.

Payments

Paid plans, subscriptions, attorney consultations, and one-time services are charged as shown at checkout. Taxes, renewals, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility may depend on the selected product or service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Legacy Pilot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product or another reasonable method.
